Bring your stretch buddy and join us for an hour of connection, movement and a little bit of play.
This experiential session is designed to help you release tension while building trust and connection through guided partner stretches. You’ll move through a thoughtful flow of alternating
assisted stretches and shared yin-style positions, where you’ll both soften, breathe and lengthen together.
Expect a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. There will be belly laughs. There will be big sighs. There will be those moments where you both go, “Oh… I needed that.”
Whether you’re naturally bendy or feeling a little creaky, there is space for you here. The focus isn’t on how far you go, it’s on how present you are.
At Mo.Co., we believe movement is better when shared. So bring your partner, your best friend, your mum, your training buddy, even that “friendly rival” you’ve been meaning to reconnect with.
After we move, we’ll stay awhile for some bubbly beverages (both kinds), more laughs, and time to simply be together.
