Courage Yard’s restorative works continued over the Christmas period to include further improvements to the ground floor retail units, landscaping and facades.

New shop fronts were installed on units 34, 47-49, 1, 1a and 2 and works will continue on the remaining units along with associated strip outs over the next 8 weeks. Completion of screed to the Starbucks unit will occur over the next week in preparation for the unit to be handed back for fit out in February.

All rendered facades around Courage Yard and Brewery Square have been decorated and retail and business units on Copper Row and Horselydown Lane have been repainted.  Spraying will now continue to the 1st floor residents’ windows of Admiral’s and Compass Court elevations along with restorative works to balconies affected by corrosion.

All planters and existing paving has been removed to allow installation of new basalt paving with works to begin on Horselydown Lane.

Finally, The Antony Donaldson’s Waterfall fountain has now been waterproofed in preparation for restorative works to commence, including installation of new pumps and a water softener.
