A pioneer for all things locally grown and sourced, Katherine Frelon from La Ferme de la Lochere takes over the Courage Yard Deli on 19th November with a unique, gourmet dining experience. Promising delicious home-cooked food and lessons in how you can make the most of local British produce in your own kitchen, this is a not-to-be-missed event for the discerning foodie!

The day will kick off with a casual brunch from 10am-2pm where Katherine will take you step-by-step through her favourite hearty brunch recipes that you’ll instantly want to recreate at home.

A selection of cakes, pastries and fresh juices will be available on arrival but the real treat will be tucking in to one of Katherine’s warming dishes – and with the likes of New York-style French Toast and Jambalaya on the menu the choice will surely be a tough one!

The evening that follows is a slightly more formal affair with Katherine preparing a 5-course exploration of home-cooked cuisine, which will be accompanied by complimentary welcome drinks and a spot Jazz.

A perfect way to spend time with friends, a great opportunity to ask a professional chef all your culinary questions and a celebration of the best of British produce – places are expected to fill up fast!
