The Elmore Jam returns to Spianata Bakery on 13th & 14th April, this time showcasing Chef Zac Whittle and his seasonal five course menu alongside a lively jazz trio!
After 15 years working as a chef in Michelin starred kitchens, such as Galvin La Chapelle and Orrery, and most recently Sky Garden, Zac Whittle decided to take the knowledge & passion he’s gained & take it to a smaller more intimate environment. A place where he can serve, meet & interact with the guests breaking the barrier set by conventional restaurants.
The Elmore Jam strive to make their events very lively, with Negroni’s on arrival and a jazz trio playing the night away its the perfect environment to meet new people and enjoy fine dining in a relaxed venue.
